“After twenty plus years of training in various types of demanding and challenging activities, including my vigorous military training in the Marine Corps, I decided that I will no longer live by the “no pain- no gain” theory. The past physical demands on my body were too taxing, and now with a new found self-respect, I strive daily to preserve myself. Though, my intensity levels and methods have drastically changed, I feel healthier and stronger than ever before.”
